This 4 hour class will be held at the Mountlake Terrace Police Department 23250 58th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043. Participants must provide proof of a valid Driver's License and of liability insurance at the time of the course. You must register with an accurate email and mailing address and keep them up to date.
Defensive Driving Course version 10 (DDC 10) is an interactive course that provides all drivers will safe-driving knowledge focusing on behavior, judgment, decision-making and consequences. DDC 10 incorporates Reality Therapy and Choice Theory™ techniques to help participants identify the five basic needs that drive human behavior.
DDC 10 may be mandated by Court Order as an option to defer a court sentence or may be mandated as part of a judgment and sentence. Snohomish County District Court cases must have Judicial approval and an order granting eligibility to take the Defensive Driving Course.
Alive at 25 - Defensive Driver Course 11/03/2025 9:30 AM (4 hours) - Snohomish Sheriff's North Precinct Marysville

This 4 hour class will be held at the SCSO North Precinct, 15510 40th Ave NE, Marysville, WA 98271. Participants must provide proof of a valid Driver's License and of liability insurance at the time of the course. This class is 4 hours long and held at the Snohomish County Sheriff's Department North Precinct, in Marysville.
Alive at 25 is a highly-interactive course that teaches drivers under 25 the attitudes of personal responsibility and respectful decision making to ensure they are capable of making safe and legal driving decisions. Drivers between the ages of 15-24 are more likely than anyone else to be killed in a motor vehicle collision. Alive at 25 incorporates Reality Therapy and Choice Theory™ techniques to help participants identify the five basic needs that drive human behavior. Whereas driver education teaches the mechanics of car and road handling and state law, Alive at 25 focuses on behavior, judgment, decision making and consequences, and provides tools for making positive choices.
Alive at 25 may be mandated by Court Order as an option to defer a court sentence, or may be mandated as part of a judgment and sentence. You must have been cited before your 25th birthday to be eligible for the course. Community Members with cases in other jurisdictions may also take the course and must be between the ages of 15 and 24. Snohomish County District Court cases must have Judicial approval and an order granting eligibility to take the Alive at 25 Course.

Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving Course 11/17/2025 9:00 AM (4 hours) - Snohomish Plaza Everett

This 4 hour course will be held at the Snohomish County Campus, Robert Drewell (Admin East) Building, located at 3000 Rockefeller Ave, Everett WA 98201
· Register with an accurate email and mailing address and keep them up to date.
· You must complete the course within 90 days of your court date, unless otherwise given an extension. The class is non-refundable.
Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving (ADD) is an interactive course that teaches drivers 21 and older personal responsibility and respectful decision-making to ensure they can make safe and legal driving decisions. Based on William Glaser's Choice Theory, participants will focus on their behaviors, judgment, and consequences behind the wheel. ADD may be mandated by Court Order as an option to dismiss an infraction, mandated as part of a judgment and sentence, and/or as an option to defer a sentence. Snohomish County District Court cases must have Judicial approval and an order granting eligibility to take the Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving Course.
